Bungie never ceases to amaze me. They create the best games and then ruin them with all their "patches" and "hot-fixes."
More like hype the crap out of a generic dungeon shooter*. Then try to cover their tracks with DLC upon DLC saying "See...? Everything is fine!" while Activision grins evilly in the background. Patches are the least of the problem.... *I don't blame Bungie, I blame the strict bloodsucking contracts publishers enforce on their developers resulting in ruined potential in franchises. I wanted a root beer float, but I was out of root beer and vanilla ice cream. So I used grape soda and chocolate ice cream. It was really good.
So I just got back from the doctor and after holding my farts in for an hour and a half I started lettin' loose in the car with my dad. I was laughing way harder than I should have but I farted nearly 20 times within a 2 mile drive. Now I have a headache from it. - - Auto Merge - - Well that's not nice. Have you even played it? It's a great game, mostly because of the VoG challenge. Slowly getting ruined though.
Some. I don't own it but I played for a bit at a friend's house. The story is really boring and that's usually what I play these types of games for. And I don't need to play a game much to see the big picture. It could have been something really special but Activision hacked a limb off an turned it into a cripple. I know Bungie is capable of greater things. There was a lot of evidence that many things not included now would have been at launch but through some last minute corporate decision it isnt. And sure, they may appear again, but through BS DLC. And said DLC is probably already on the disc but locked away till "release". That's the system that needs to change and I have a problem with it. Who's really being the mean one... Sent from my XT1080M using Tapatalk
I guess I just didn't care to think that deep into it. As long as it's a good game I'll keep playing. I agree that the story is poop.
That's fine. I wasn't trying to argue that the game itself was bad. If you enjoy it that's great. I just hate how normal these business models have become :x
My business model is keep installing mods onto a game that's three years old. It's worked for me so far.
Sorry for the way late reply. That was done by yours truly. Normally I aim to be show-accurate in my art, but occasionally I'll fart around with different stylizations to see if I can make my art stand out.
Currently enjoying Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. I'm playing as Athena. Her start feels kinda slow, but I'm getting used to it, and her trees sound like they'll make her pretty badass toward the end.
