Now's your chance. Argue your case to me to possible embrace the GlimGlam. Yes I just said that. Don't have a heart attack. I just ask you do it via PM. Thanks. Contemplating Things LostSanity. *Reaches Out To The Truth?*
What's the point? Only a fool argues with an irrational person. You're so convinced that Starlight Glimmer is "not redeemed" that you completely refuse to give her a chance to redeem herself. Quite frankly, I wish that you would just leave the damn fandom already. I hate having to say that, because otherwise you've been pretty cool, but goddammit, man! Have you ever, for one second, stopped to consider that maybe you are the problem?
you can't let bad characters ruin your enjoyment of something anyway. tons of things have awful characters but are overall good.
True. I'm one of the many people who hated Clara on Doctor Who, but that didn't mean I enjoyed the show any less. Well, except for "Last Christmas." That episode was a total letdown.
True. The episode effected me to much. This is something I thought wouldn't happen again. I was once again proven wrong.
Clare being the impossible girl was only one of many issues with the show that kept me from enjoying it the story lines under Moffat's command have been terrible with one or two good episodes too far and few in between. The Doctor's Wife, The Day of the Doctor, The Robinhood one. There might have been a couple more, but not that many. I hope the next Show Runner does a better job or I'm going to stick with the classic stuff.
Stare at my workload (because that's what I'm usually stressed about) and just...ya know? Stare at it.
I liked Rory. Amy was annoying. Glad to see her go. I don't want to see River ever again after they explained her origin. Biggest load of bull*squee!* next to how they explained Clara's multiple deaths. Said it before, say it again Moffat needs to go. Any potential for these characters seems to go right out the window with him in charge. The Doctor is supposed to be the main character. The show is called Doctor Who. Not Amy Pond, not Clara Oswald. Definitely not River Song.
I liked River. I liked River a lot. But yeah, can't say I'm sad to see Moffat go. Maybe now we'll finally get to see Capaldi playing the Doctor to the role's full potential.
