    Ya know, your actually right about this for Two reasons.

    One: Yes, Tony Sly was awesome.

    Two: The refrence was to Sonic The Hedgehog 2006 {A terrible video game}, when your stuck in a really annoying boss fight with Silver. There are alot of things that are much better then that awfull game, and Tony Sly is certainly one of them.
