Well waking up is always a good sign! I'm about to leave to have lunch then start semi working/having fun
Well, that was another fun two-mile walk ending in being late to school, courtesy of my parents. What's up in here?
Well...my parents are up to their old stupid crap again. I got written up by my bus driver (who, though fair, isn't very forgiving) and am not allowed back on the bus until I get the slip signed by my parents and turn it in, except the slip disappeared. Apparently nobody knows where it went, but I clearly remember putting it in a specific area, and I looked through that WHOLE room and could not find it. So for the past week I've been walking two miles to school, and two miles back, every day, with my backpack and stuff. Except yesterday when I rode my bike. But today I'm back to walking, I guess. >.< Today my parents woke up and asked me how I was gonna get to school. I said I was gonna ride my bike. They said, "No, you aren't. It's too dark to ride your bike, it's dangerous. You're walking." First of all, that's flawed logic, because walking in the dark is dangerous, too. And driving in the dark is dangerous too, but they've let me do that before. Heck, they let me drive to a city that's a half-hour drive away, then drive back and work for 3.5 hours, then drive back to the city again, and spend the night with people I didn't even know on a college campus, and then drive back home the next day. Through rush-hour traffic two of the times I made the trip. If that is okay, I don't see how riding my bike in the dark is not. Second of all, it wasn't dark. http://i.imgur.com/8L5qp.jpg http://i.imgur.com/jmnzD.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ekIjg.png There, several iPad camera quality pictures of how NOT dark it was, taken as I walked. Even with the terrible quality you can clearly see that it's light out. So anyways, I told them that if I walked then I would be late, because it was an hour walk and I had 35 minutes. They said, "Well we'll drive you, but you have to pay us $10 to do it." So I said, "Well then, I guess I'm walking." And they acted like it was my choice that I was late. I'm sorry, but I put up with it when they charged a dollar. I even put up with it when they charged five dollars. But this morning they said ten dollars, and even if that is still a fairly small amount, and even if gas DOES cost that much, that is stupid. I'm sorry, but it is. So I walked. And I was late. My feet hurt. Please tell me that they're the nutjobs, because it's either them or me. >.< Now I must be off to Spanish where I cannot talk, so bye...

Yeah that's pretty ridiculous... *hugs Legion* Invalid URL. :/ One of the best parts about 12 is that 99% of the game is spent with Vaan not talking.
