I hate it when that happens. Once, I was at a 3-way stop sign, and it was my turn to go. One of the other people barely stopped and didn't even wait, so I had to hit the brakes to keep from hitting him. The fun thing is that the 3rd driver and I looked at each other, perplexed, and both shrugged at the same time. I enjoyed that odd experience.
I love that, when two sensible people who don't know exactly whats going on can't quite explain the actions of one fool
Whenever I have to work, the General Chat's usually rather active. But of course when I have a day off, dead zone.
haha i know that, but for me its normally, because everyone lives so far away from here... i cant remember meeting someone else whos from germany here... Btw i updated my contact information, it SHOULD display skype and steam now with this comment. feel free to add me, im not playing much though, sometimes CoD MW3 or TF2, but only when im on my PC, with the craptop i have now, even playing minecraft urns into bein a disaster...
I do that, too, well i did, next week i have to go to university again, and the fun is gonna be minimized...
I don't have school to worry about, but I do have my job 5 days a week. I'm thinking of working out on my off days to compliment all the walking I do on work days. It'll help me lose weight faster and beef me up a bit.
I have no Job at the Moment, but i have to take one, or ill end up going into debt... my apartment is not that expensive, but the money im getting from the country is not enough, means i only have about 50 Euros to buy food and other daily supplies left. even if i only buy the cheapest stuff, and on the weekends i drive to my parents in order to get something to eat. i end up with no money in the last week of every month. but getting a job here is pretty hard, since there are more students this year than every year before... Man i would love it, if i was good enough to sell my art, but i see clearly, that it has not this level of quality...
That sounds tough, jumbo. I hope things end up okay with you. Maybe if you keep practicing, your art will improve enough to sell. Edit: Apparently there's something wrong with my Photobucket account at the moment and I can't post mah pony pics.
its not so though i made it sound like i know that art is like we say here "breadless" I want to have a proper education first. Maybe ill quit university and go into public service, the payment is good, and work is not that hard. and best of all, since you work for the government, they cant fire you, at least here...
they can only unbind you from your work, but they still have to pay for your living, thats why you must prove your loyalty in several psychological checkups first. But im loyal to my country, even though i dont like the political development at the moment) so that wont be a problem.
I see. Well, that's good. It's something to think about anyway. It may sound strange, but I'm afraid I don't comprehend the concept of national loyalty or pride. To me, America is just a place I happened to be born in.
well i didnt get the concept of them either, epecially loyalty, but then a wild Rainbow Dash appeared and showed how it is to be loyal. And the pride...well its awfully dangeroud to say im proud to be german...silly haters come and think you like to put pressure on minorities and such things... but its not like that for me, i respect other countries, and the minorities here, i just think, that its not good to be asahmed of your origin. you cant change your birthplace anyway, and i defend my country from silly haters on the net very often, and normally im victorious (haters cant handle tolerance and love :3)
True. I suppose the circumstances are quite different given Germany's more recent past and how the people of the world won't let things go. Being American, I can't imagine what that's like. Living here, I see lots of things my country does that i really don't like, whether in internal or foreign affairs. There are plenty of things I like as well, like our system of government. I think it a good system when it works properly, but these days it's rotting from the inside out due to corruption and overly partisan politicians. Congress especially spends most its time going back and forth saying "NO U" to each other and nothing gets done. But I'm not going into politics here. It's too touchy of a subject and I very much dislike thinking about it. As for loyalty, I can appreciate that. I myself am a very loyal person to my friends. I'm afraid it doesn't really extend to country though.
You know, I have wondered if my Location gave that impression since I first entered it. :derpe: Sorry, but nope. I live in the state of Georgia in the southeastern US.
hmm well to my friends im over-loyal, they can count on me if they need me. anytime. Well if it comes to countries...they're so different...every country has its own system in the government and its really confusing sometimes. But i think i need to be loyal to my country, but to stay with my own beliefs. Thats whats needed to change a country. I think trust and loyalty to my friends is the most valuable thing in my life. and ill treat anyone as my friend whos open-minded and has no prejudices. Those people are hard to find, but im glad that im a brony and almost every other brony fits in this pattern. Edit: oh my god im so talkative tonight what happened to me recently?
