    For me it's Stoichiometry. Yup. I think I spelled that right...

    For those of you who don't regularly read the dictionary for fun, it's where you start with "X" grams of one substance, and "X" grams of another substance, and they react, and you have to figure out how much of each of the two entirely new substances you end up with. :sigh: It utterly bamboozles me...
