    Ok my test is complete, I'd upload a screen shot but my internet won't let me.

    I'll give you the stats though

    Ping:1353 ms
    Download speed: 0.09 Mbps
    Upload speed: 0.08 Mbps

    EDIT: the pingtest.net wouldn't complete

    That is beyond concerning.
    So you say its been like this only recently?
    Do you know what sort of results people around you get?

    EDIT: That was my laptop, meaning my speed can differ greatly, due to the wireless connection, and Ping/Jitter is likely to be incresed.

    No idea why my ping is so high. When I play games and stuff on NZ servers I get ~20-30 ping

    Wow.. didn't realize you could get an F-....
    try different routers, cables, computers. If nothing changes, get in contact with your provider for assistance, its probably to do wit your connection with the local exchange

    Sorry dude, no idea. The ones I've gone through I made myself, or, like the one I'm using is just a screenie from a movie
    I wouldn't expect it to, but hope for the best.
    I recommend getting in contact with your ISP though
