I understand that. I used to be like that, and still struggle with it occasionally. It's like if things go well, you see it as that's how it should have been all along, and is nothing to be happy about. But if things don't go well, you constantly wonder what you did wrong. Such a way of thinking is dark and expressing indeed. I'm trying and slowly succeeding in feeling happy with positive outcomes and obsessing less over negative outcomes.
I have always felt really really happy whenever there is positive outcome, probly because it almost never happens with me. I am an absolute failure.
Look lively now! Statistics 1 for English A-level Mathematicians is this morning at 8:50! Lets roll. P.S (you can now bring water to exams, if you have a "sports top" style cap to it )
I never find outcomes on much of the positive side. If someone says that I did well in a test for example, I'll instantly look at the negatives and see where I screw up.
I meant that I never pay attention to if I did "well". I rarely see positive. Mind you, I'm a pessimist, what do you expect. I guess you could also call me cynical.
I've been hopped up on caffeine and pot for the last 5 hours to celebrate the ending of my college year. Next year's my senior year! I remember when I was in 7th grade, and they closed out the year by playing "School's Out" by Alice Cooper over the intercom. That was awesome. Also, sorry for the lack of posts, college has been interfering pretty bad with my bronydom; don't worry, I'll be back doing reviews for season three.
