She said to meet her by the tree outside of town
When I arrived she was nowhere to be found.

I spotted a note, did I dare to read
Left by my darling Trixie it would seem.

She wrote that she was going away
And she hoped while gone hers I would stay.

She continued to say she loved me forever
The site me crying she couldn't bare to see.

She promised in a year to be back by my side
She must be traveling far and wide.

I sit here now with great concern
I await the year until her return.

So this is it, this goodbye
She left with a promise made under this blue sky.

Eh, I've been drawing for years and years and years and years. Then I didn't for a while and forgot how.

 

Had an English exam today. I wrote about me becoming a brony for one of the questions. I hope that the examiner is a brony.
