    All tablets should.

    I have a wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch, although I don't feel it should make much difference. Most of the time it depends on the artist rather than the tablet.

    That is insanity for MS paint! I did some ZephyrShy on MS paint, but it came off as.....freaky.
