Could someone please try out my engine and tell me what they think so far? Right now, I'm nailing down the physics, and I think I've got it just about perfect, but I'd love to hear other's opinions... Pwease? It's only 4 MB to download. http://sandbox.yoyogames.com/games/200306/download
Speaking of books, it really hit me the other day that I don't read them, at all. I mean, I read a lot but it's all stuff I find on the internet. I discovered yesterday though that the city library is only a 40min walk from my house so I figure I may as well make use of it, plus they have a coffee shop there too Who knows what wonders await. Also, George Orwell's '1984' was a sweet book, one of the few books I have read. I'll have to see if I can find more like it.
Doggy! Yeah I don't read much either. With ADHD, I get distracted really easily and don't retain info very well. That's why when I do read, I listen to audiobooks while working.
I will admit. While the ZombiU trailer didnt impress me.The music did. I quite like it.I had to DL it. England has an awesome national anthem.
Hiya Yami! You have ADHD? I genuinely never would have guessed. Anyway, there's no way I'd be able to listen to an audio book. I tend to give characters their own voices in my head whilst non-dialogue parts just simply are. I think an audio book would mess with that too much :derpe:
Yep, I always have. I used to take medication for it when I was a kid, but now I just live with it. Audiobooks can do that if they're bad. Sometimes a really good audiobook can improve my thoughts on voices. For example, I'm a massive fan of the British Harry Potter audiobook, read by Stephen Fry. That man has an amazing range of voices that fit their character perfectly, and it's very well acted too. The whole voice thing doesn't bother me too much though. When I read, I give characters voices, but they're vague and hollow in my mind.
I am disappointed with my typing speed Mainly because of the errors... I need to practice more.... Which means more spending time online!!
I don't really want to know my typing speed. I know it's not very fast and I make a lot of errors. :derpe: That's good enough for me.
Learn somethin' new everyday don't ya. Ahh Steven Fry, he is quite good isn't he. And now I must leave for the shops :/ Be back soon guys.
