Hmmm... I don't know about "breathtaking" but it has its nice-looking spots. To me, it looks nice because I grew up in New Jersey, so I wasn't used to mountains. The land there was mostly flat and a lot of forest (if you've ever heard of the Pine Barrens). So, since I moved to PA, I like seeing the mountains, although the mountains aren't huge or anything. Some people here actually don't even really care too much about the scenery. I don't know if it's just how they feel about such things or what. I know one person that moved here from Colorado, and he doesn't particularly find the scenery impressive. Where he's from the mountains are much, much, much bigger! Heh. So I suppose it's just all relative.
The most beautiful parts of the United States are, in no particular order: - Badlands Region, North Dakota (around Medora and TR National Pakr) - SW Colorado (seriously, googlemap the images around Durango... like another planet!) - Yellowstone Area (NW Wyoming, parts of Idaho) - Big Sur - Hudson River Valley in Autumn - Shenandoah National Park And of course, Manhattan... [insert Manehattanite going on a soliloquy about the beauty of the metropolis...]
LU! Make more awesomely named tracks! Hm, I think I'll give a list of the most beautiful places in Britain. - Most of Manchester - Liverpul (No, it's not Liverpool) - The Middle Eastern section of Sheffield - Stamp End, right here in Lincoln
500 pages of completely random topics....I approve. As for beautiful places, let's see. Well, if any of you go to Puerto Rico, I'd gladly meet up with you and take you to: -El Morro -Old San Juan -El Yunque -San Cristóbal -Bioluminescent bay (The water glows!) -Camuy caves -Culebra Island Ah, what the heck, the whole island is a paradise.
i'm feeling sleepy now... but i don't want to sleep yet, confound these ponies, they drive me to sleep late
