Branching off into something completely unrelated, I was comparing our trophies on the PS3 Luprony, and I noticed that we were playing Mass Effect 2 at the same time, some of our trophies were earned just hours apart. I thought that was amusing. You didn't uh....lose anyone when you finished it, did you??
Nope. Completed it 4 times I think, and I haven't lost anyone. I was close to platinuming (is that a verb?) it, but then ponies came into the picture, the rest is history. I am still however frothing at the mouth at Mass Effect 3. I NEED IT NOW.
You're so lucky. I made some....wrong decisions and let's just say Jack and Grunt won't be showing up in ME3. My brother was worse off. Tali and Legion....I laughed. Mass Effect 3 will be amazing, just give me Garrus.
I was gorging myself on trailers and gameplay leaks, and I tell you, it's going to have a mass effect on my social life. As for keeping your crew alive, it's no more complicated than doing their loyalty missions, and choosing the right people for the tasks at the end. Grunt and Jack, mehh. But Tali and Legion? Ouch... Legion, Tali and Garrus are the best in my opinion. And Mordin, of couse. He is the very model of a scientist salarian, after all. But yeah, the whole Geth Quarian thing will be interesting in ME3. Unless of course Tali and Legion died, but who wou... oh yeah... I told them not to go to war. I'm a brony God damn it, LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY! I want to go on Mass Effect now. Mass Effect with pony mods.
Haha. I did do all the loyalty missions. It's just I chose Jacob (I sorta liked him) to create the biotic shield and I lost Jack for that. I also chose Grunt to lead the 2nd fire team. I thought he'd be good for that.....guess not. Mordin, Garrus, Tali, and Thane are my favorites. However, I don't think Thane is healthy enough to really help out in ME3, him being sick and all. Since I lost Grunt, I'm hoping I can get back Wrex. Samara, Miranda, and Kasumi can all jump off a space cliff. Zaeed, he's okay but he was just there to get paid...
Zaeed was good for use in missions (concussive shots were awesome), but as a character, he wasn't good enough. Kasumi however, I found Stolen Memories to be one of the best parts of the game. The story, the gameplay, the characters, I loved them. I took Kasumi with me on every mission I could (mostly ones with mercs). Her stealth attacks were brilliant, one hit kills. Sometimes, I'd just watch her kill mercs while I just stood about like a melon. Miranda can just die. Big jugs =/= Good character "I was biologically enhan..." Oh shut up.
You can NEVER leave the forums. I'm heading to the radio in a bit. I wish it would work on my PS3 browser, that would be sweet.
I guess she wasn't so perfect....her sister seemed nice though.... (as a side note, i redid my OC. He's a bit taller now. I still need someone to draw him in a pose. Hopefully Virgil won't forget...)
>Fanservice is horrible >Fanservice is horrible I fail to grasp this concept. Fanservice works. Fanservice ALWAYS works.
Fanservice is good when done right. inb4 >implies fanservice is ever right. As for shipping, I read it for the lulz, not the romance. It can be done lulz, so bad it's lulz, or troll. Same can be said for fanservice. It can be done subtly and right, it can be done so bad it;s lulz, or it can be do so blatant it's troll. Or just wrong. Too bad many people can't do the above three.
If it's making you sad, they're not going overboard enough. Needs more zooming in on breasts. All of them. And random lolis talking about said breasts. And everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) staring at ALL of the breasts. And Random Innuendo. In everything. Then add more fanservice, and it becoms lolz.
"Face off against a..." Xarame gaped. "This Met we're talking about! Our friend? The mare that helped save your life?! The mare who helped save mine..." She looked at Discord, angry tears in her eyes. "That is the reason we cannot fight her! Not because she is too strong; not because we can't win; but because of what it would make us if we did..." She lowered her head and wept softly.
Quite honestly, fan-service is just a tacky, desperate ploy to keep fans placated. At least that's how it comes off as to me.
