    Why do people get so hippity over a day being 10-10-10 or 08-09-10 ? I mean, everyday is unique in that sense.

    Silly humans and their weak minds always trying to find a pattern in things.

    EDIT: I noticed this morning on 'Daybreak' (our morning news show) they said it happened every 100 years, lolfail.

    This means two things:
    1: My school does it's Remembrance Day ceremony. Twice. Once for grades 9 and 11, once for 10 and 12. I had to attend both. This made me sorta mad, along with the fact that the whole ceremony is completely irrelevant to the meaning of the day.

    Forcing respect never worked. One must learn it on their own.
