If that was the case... Spoiler: Spoilers for Sayaka Saikyo would have wished their crush's leg to health so they could walk again. Saikyo would then become a magical pony and protect Equestia from evil unicorns witches of grief. Then it would turn out somepony else would like Saikyo's crush and tell them they should confess to the crush before they will. Saikyo then chickens out and doesn't confess, falls into a spiraling void of depression and grief, then giving a depressing monologue to a newly made best friend and then snapping and turning into a evil unicorn witch. The newly made best friend, Saikyo's best friend and the best friend's stalker all go to stop Saikyo from destroying Equestia, but the newly made best friend then has to sacrifice herself to stop Saikyo's attack, causing themself and Saikyo to be permentantly dead.
