Isn't it ironic, my parents are atheist and would basicly allow me to buy anything, even if I told them I was gay (I am not) their reaction would probably be "meh". And there is barely any acces to FIM stuff except for some brushables and badly dubbed episodes. I am also a little annoyed that there are currently no legal way to watch the episodes. Ok, there apparently is merch, but I have not found any. Not that toys would intrest me that much anyway except for the blind bags. The shirts I probably have to import, bt it is hard to find anything that matches black.
I'm in pretty much exactly the same boat as you. I guess living in such an isolated country does have its limitations. I might need to check out Armageddon Expo next year, apparently NZ bronies were there (about 12 I heard)
Same story, pretty much, as Darkmoon. Except toys there's nothing here unless you order it. I almost got a shirt from Welovefine, but that one shirt would'a cost £100 shipping included. I'm not that desperate, to be honest- It's pathetic. I don't think HMV has any shirts, but I haven't checked yet. Imma check this Friday, when I go Christmas shopping. Yay! Wish I lived in Canada...
I made the mistake of buying some Halo action figures a couple of years ago... Thats £40 I'll never get back. Since then, buying licensed merchandise has made me feel icky.

Wasn't there a recent patch/update for UMvC3? If so, what did it actually patch/fix? I haven't checked yet.

Except the decks in 'soku are actually 20 card decks which can buff your stats (oh god Control Rod), power up/change your specials, or are just super attacks you can use (at the cost of other cards) For example, the most silly and exploitable deck I have made so far: Youmu (unnecessarily fast melee character) 4 Control rods (+10% damage done, + 7.5% damage taken, lasts entire game) 4 Sacrificial Dolls (-5% damage taken, 4th use has triple effect for a total of 30% reduction) 4 Heart-Carving Cut (Low-blockable 214 (quarter circle back) special, can not blocked in air, dashes the entire screen, 1/5 health damage at max level) and random misc cards, most of which are counters of some sort (Yay infinite invincibility!) Result: I dash all over the place, 1/4th of their health per hit, if they try to jump they can't block my dash attack, and I have invincibility if they try to hit me. Necessary amounts of OP.
That's essentially what HvH mode is; but it won't be played in tournaments. Only the "Balanced" version of the game will be played. :derpe:
