well i was but wee little kid back when i first saw lion king came out so i consider that old seeing as how now Disney is all about selling sex and the new Britney spears (im looking at you Hannah Montana) instead of the black and white slapstick comedy it used to have
Well, alright, I'm not *that* old . . . However - The first computer game I played was on an Atari system (not sure what model now), and the game was - Pong! Never had any sort of Nintendo or Xbox or anything like that. My youngest brother had a Nintendo, and I did play one of the Mario Brothers games on it - but I had moved out of the house by then, and didn't get to play much. I remember going to see these cheesy Disney movies of the 1970's - not bad, but definitely cheesy. Escape from Witch Mountain, The Apple Dumpling Gang, an animated Robin Hood - Don Knotts was a major Disney star at the time, him and Tim Conway. Not bad actors at all, just kind of - corny. And the first computer I owned was an Amiga with a whopping 500 k of memory! Wow! I was impressed.
Oh wow! You couldnt even save a single pony on that thing! Funny how much we upgrade things in such a short amount of time eh?
I normally forget about an exam and don't revise until a day or two before it when my friend reminds me or I look at the timetable. Apparently, it's a bad habit but it works for me and I usually do well.
Speaking of exams! Triple Science exams throughout the week! Free bonus: Graphics: Sustainability exam! Sarcastic "yay" ahoy.
Since I probably will give this sort of a sneak peek I'll make a thread later on. http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=oa.217944738295591&type=1 I hope you can see those images.
Not to mention no internet to download it from. And this was about 20 years ago - but, yes, things do move fast in the computer world. And - Ha, ha! I have no exams! Just a job I don't like . . . Furthermore - If you like anime, watch Nichijou - it's about friendship.
I've got a science exam tomorrow then the day after a history one But then Im off for the rest of the week!
Once this week is out the way, full concentration on my art exam in March. After that...? Summer exams. Bring it.
After history and biology, I have a few more history exams, additional chemistry, physics and biology, RE, English language and literature, two more units of maths, electronics, German speaking, writing, reading, listening, and then I should be done. ... That's a lot. God knows what A Levels are going to be like.
