We have to look after eggs for the week because we were given them at school. What kind of morons give eggs to year 11s to look after?
I'd talk to Double Rainbow Dash, he's the authority as far as Florida meets go. You could also try Dragonbait.
Yep, I'll be up in the parks at Disney all weekend. Anyone that wants to come help me celebrate is welcome!
Geez it's almost that time of year again, my birthday is tuesday. I told my dad I was a Brony, he seemed indifferent, I don't think he thought I was joking considering he's a super laid back and chill guy
My dad's on the roof, fixing some cabling. He knows I'm a brony, but he figures that on the internet, anything goes. He is right.
I like making music. The kind of music that inspire me the most is either dubstep or MLP fan made music. either way, I love making music.
All of my friends know that I'm a Brony. Reasons Why: 1.) Facebook 2.) School site 3.) Said it at 1st lunch.
Cold day today, the frost never thawed at Marley Hill shed. Good old Number 6 hasnt had any attention in a while so I lit her fire to thaw her boiler and tank for Sundays run, gave her tubes a scrub and then gave her a proper clean all over using a mixture of oil and deisel applied with a brush, wiped with a dirty rag and then buffed with a clean rag. It took a while and I got a rather sooty face while cleaning the smokebox but it was worth it to see her gleaming in the afternoon sun. Her she is in the shed.
Its such a beautiful machine... I feel like it's... calling my name... But seriously, that's awesome. I love steam engines. Is it your job, do you get paid to work on them? I know some people up north who work on a steam train, but they're both pensioners who have retired. It's more of a hobby than anthing, I think. Still awesome though
No I volunteer there on Fridays, it also counts as college work (work experiances) as a bonus. Its all volunteers, there are no paid members of staff and all profit is run back into the railway itself. Its a passion more than a hobby and theres more teenagers into it than youd think, I have a good friend who recently became the youngest ever fireman on the Festiniog mountain railway. The Tanfield Railway is the oldest operating railway in the world and the shed that I work at (Marley Hill) and that Number 6 is stationed at is the oldest working steam shed in the world.
