Not really. Just enjoying my music mainly. It keeps my mind elsewhere as I relax. Might start recording myself for the Karaoke, Got my new headset ^^ what about you Rain? Just turned Saturday for me
Are you going to take part to the karaoke? LOL Not sure... maybe doing some sport, drawing, listening to music and going for a walk in the night
Hmm, its a hot night tonight, perhaps I should go for a walk as well, Except I'm already in bed on my laptop I just got today, and I'm in a rough neighbourhood. My extreme paranoia will get the best of me and will run and scream all the way home. I am seriously considering submitting some songs. I don't like most pony songs so you won't hear me do them. I'm planning on doing some Black/Death metal vocals, mainly because majority of people don't like the genre and it will be fun to annoy them. and yes, I can sing sing those types of vocals. Properly too. ie it doesn't hurt my throat
I've got a race in about 3 hours for ROTC class. I'll be competing for the school mile record, but I'm not worries that I'll beat it. It's kind of funny how the school record is only 5:57 yet we have some of the best runners in the reigon. Oh well, I'll probably set a new record at 5:30-5:40
I don't like pony songs either :O I hate these guttural sounds I can't imagine a little blue-eyed dragon... making that "noise" Did you get your laptop? Upload a pic of it You can do it!! ^^
heh, I don't expect you to like the vocals. That's the main reason I'm planning on doing it, cause most people don't like it. Most people call it noise, or say that it takes no talent, but, I must ask those that do: Can you do it? Can you make the same sounds without permanently damaging your throat? Well here's the laptop, where else, but on my lap in bed
That laptop looks great! It is similar to mine. Yes, I know what you mean. According to a lot of people, metal is noise. I don't like metal but I respect all kinds of music. That's why I put NOISE in inverted commas *goes to work* See you, Xan!!
Insomnia. Suddenly Hallucinations. Take Sedatives, tried warm milk, tea, soothing music. often get 2-3 hours at most every night. What do?
Try sleep paralysis. Lay in bed completely still until you feel your body grow numb, then let your mind drift.
Not that this is really helpful at all but I end up doing ridiculous mathematical estimations when I can't get to sleep. Things like, how many people are eating dinner at this very moment? Or how many ads are currently playing on TV's around the world. Stuff like that, I can never tell how accurate my answers are though, most of the time I can't even remember them but even if I do I can never remember how I came to them. :derpe:
Oh god I have my race in less than an hour. I'm seriously so nervous right now that I'm shaking. I rather enjoy it though, part of the fun of big races is the buildup. I think that if I ever stopped getting the pre-race jitters I'd quickly grow bored with it all. I'm quaking in my hooves.
*hugs Xan* I picked a bad time to leave chat last night didn't I? I know what you're going through, I lost my mother and paternal grandfather to cancer. You should wait until all the tests come back. A lot of the time cancer is treatable and recoveries will happen. I hope everything turns out well and happy times will be had by all.
I finished my race. I was literally 1 second off of the record with 5:58. There was a kid who finished with me in an epic sprint race, I beat him and everyone in my class. Still didnt get the record, I failed ;~; (my reasoning is in my signature)
As a Realist, you think reality exists independent of the observer, whereas an Idealist believes reality is constructed within one's own mind. I'm with you on this one. However, I'm also an Existentialist.
