''Oh, but it isn't in the forest. You see, while i was with Snow, and i helped her translating a book of her's. If we're right, they may be some problems coming soon, and we might need people to defend the town.''
"Did i told ya about my family? I suppose not. I've a brother and a sister, and our uncle has three sons. They named themselves the ancients, and were charmed by the power of chaos. I once joined them, but when i saw what chaos truly was, i reported it to my sistewr and brother, and we decided that the two sides of the family would play a "game" of conquest, to see which are the most powerfull, and to decide who's gonna rule on equestria. We did a first confrontation near two hundred years ago, and exited Equestria, before we decide when's the next one. They were three confrontations planned, but only the team who lost could decide when would be the next family war. We won the last time, so they had to decide. Now, snow found that the next confrontation could be this very next year, and i need to find 13 mercenaries, or spawn 13 minions, and train them for a year, before we got the battle settled."
Ember was surprised by the news, but she soon had an idea, "I think I know a pony who can help you as well, follow me." They walked to the center of town, where a lone cloud floated above, "Hey, Breezy!" Ember called out. Soon the head of what seemed to be a male version of Ember popped out. "What's up, Sis?" He said. "Come down here, I have somepony who might need your area of expertise." Ember replied. The Pegasus flew down from the cloud and looked at Saul, "Hey there. My name's Firebreeze."
"Hi, firebreeze. I'm Saul, and i might have some proposition for you. If you're ready to be hired as a merecenary, i'd be pleased to pay your price, whatever it is."
"It's a long story. To resume, there will be a confrontation, and i have a full year to find and train 13 mercenaries, as soldiers. The confrontation, i have to say, is like a chess game; The three members of each side have to decide for a move, and order one of their 13 soldiers to move or fight. The "game board" usually is in a squarre-like form, and there's 39 rows by 39 columns. A unit can move by one case by turn, and the three members have a one turn each, before it's the next Team to play. The goal is simple: defeat all the other team's soldiers. The remaining soldiers of the other team obtains a wonderfull treasure, while the team who lost can choose the next confrontation's "game board.". The other team had won the first confrontation, but we won the last one. If we win this one, we'll save equestria from chaos. But, if we loose, everything you know will change. Do you want me to explain you who are the two teams, so you can choose to participe or not, and, if you want, your side in this war?"
"I'm on whoever's side Ember's on." Fire said. "and I'm on your side, Saul." Ember said with a smile. (I hope you know the gala is in less than a year, end when the gala's over, so is the RP.)
"Well, i'll make another thread after this one's finished... Maybe i'll name it After-Gala Rp... We'll see when the time comes.) "So you'll be on my side. I just have a tiny problem; While translating the prophetic book, we learned that they'll be four players. Will it be four players by side, or four in total? It may change the number of soldiers needed, or some other rule... Anyways, i'm just getting my soldiers already, before the training year starts. In case i don't find enough ponies with a taste for blood. Thank you to have joined the good side of this war."
(Not bad for a first time, though. I think we just needed some objective to stay *pause for effect* focused.)
