Ember smiled back, "You're going to the gala too? It seems like everypony I run into is going to that thing!"
"Not sure what that means," Ember said as she did a cartwheel and dropped her new hat, "But they invited me for a celebrity appearance, which still doesn't make much sense to me. I'd consider myself well known, but not famous." She said as she went to pick up the hat and put it back on.
"Yea some friends from cantorlot got me in." He smiled Im hopeing to catch a ride with Rarity and the others." He said.
"I'll probably be alone most of the night. Come to think of it, what is there to do at the gala besides stand around awkwardly?" Ember said, adjusting her hat.
Jhera passed a rose within a glass casing across the table. He looked at the bag of bits. "Wow, that is seriously too much for this rose, it's not THAT special!" he took about 1/3 of the bits on the table and pushed the rest back. "Thank you for your purchase! Enjoy it!"
Waking up from a long night of sleep, Ecliptic set out to prepare for the Gala. He ate a quick breakfast, grabbed some money, and put on his saddlebags. "I should stop at Rarity's first and get my outfit ready." Ecliptic thought to himself, "And I'll be in town for a while so I might as well buy some food. Then I should look around for any temporary jobs. This money won't last forever."
He shrugged. "Its just another fancy get together." He pushed his hair out of his eyes. "Hopefuly I can get a chance to talk to the princess."
Cool Shades got bored of some of the Ponies in Ponyville so decided to go to find a snack. He stopped by a place called "Sugarcube corner" and decided to go inside. (hehehe snob plus Pinkie XD)
Ace looked over to Ember. "Hay Ill catch up with you later I think i'm going to go see pinky for a bit" He walked toward sugercube corner."
"Hello there. I am sure you must have heard of me? I am Cool Shades. I require food. I trust you have that here?"
Ace walked into sugercube corner and sat down at the counter he looked over at the blue pegasas as he ordered.
Ember waved goodbye to Ace as she continued her walk. 'I should definitely where my top hat to the gala' she jokingly thought.
(I just realized I've been reading Firebreeze's posts in Rainbow Dash's voice ) Jhera turned his shop's sign to 'Closed' and walked out to bask in the sunlight. The day was beautiful, and the pegasi were doing a perfect job with keeping the clouds out. He walked off in a random direction to go explore the town. Ever since he had move to Ponyville, he had only seen about half the town. The market was bustling with ponies when he arrived there. He walked through them, occasionally looking at one of the stands. Eventually, he bought a few sugar cubes to munch on and continued his way out the market. He looked to his left to see Sugarcube Corner just around the bend. 'Perhaps I can properly meet Pinkie Pie this time, last time she bombarded me with all kinds of surprises...' he shuddered. The last time he had met Pinkie Pie, she had thrown a 'New Pony In Town' party for him, and he had only just barely escaped. He wandered up to the confectioner's building and walked in. Some seats were already occupied and Pinkie was nowhere in sight. 'May as well buy something and wait for her then' he thought, and grabbed a seat at the far end of the room.
Snow finally managed to sperate herself from Twilight, at first she seemed very much like herself, but she asked WAY to many questions. And don't even get started on her friends, how she managed to befriend ponies that were nothing like her in any way was beyond her. She strolled through town and noticed what looked like a party going on at a bakery, the prankster insiude her just screamed from the oppurtunity and she snuck in, and then stopped in her tracks, because the pony throwing it was her least favorite of Twilight's friends, that over-friendly, extremely hyper, pink pony known as Pinkie Pie.
(Cool Shades is a unicorn so you all know) Sitting down with a slice of cake Cool Shades Looked at the Pony looking at him. "May I help you? Or are you another admirer of greatness!"
Snow looked at the pony that had started talking to her. "Is that irogance I feel, or just plain stupidity." She said to him. (Snow is not much one for boasters)
Rashall knocked on the front door to Twilight's house, a few seconds later and Spike opened the door for him. "Come on in Rashall," says the little dragon as he goes about cleaning up books. "Another intense study session eh Spike?" Rashall asks helping the dragon gather books in neat piles. "Don't you know it and thanks for the help Rashall. Twilight is still asleep in bed, long night and all," says Spike looking up towards the unicorns bed area. "I'll just sit down here and read if you don't mind," says Rashall nodding, Spike motions to the room as though saying he was free to look about.
Ember heard some music coming from Sugar Cube Corner, and that could only mean one thing. Pinkie Pie was throwing a party! Ember was near her house, so she dropped her hat off and ran over to Sugar Cube Corner to join in on the fun.
