Unfortunately, I'm no longer a member of the YMCA located two blocks from my house. I can't go there to exercise, so I don't have the proper means of working out my muscles besides push-ups and that sort of thing. During the school year, I love lifting weights. I run short distances when I can.
A lot of gyms offer memberships for around $20 a month, such as plant fitness. Not really my kind of gym, but it's something. Unless of course you don't have a car, or money. In that case, there is plenty you can do with just your own body, called calisthenics. As for cardio, bicycling, swimming and jump rope are all very effective. You should also look up something called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is an alternative to standard cardio.
