    I keep watching the average height for men go up, and up, and it makes me feel like I have bad genes or something. I'm certainly not getting any taller at my age.

    I wouldn't feel bad. At 6'1", I'm taller than most guys in my area. Both sides of my family have tall men with giant feet and a heavy build, resulting in the 6'1", 260 lb, size 13 shoe Juggernaut that I am. If only I wasn't a soft, pudgy Juggernaut...

    The men on my mom's side of the family are all quite tall. I believe my grandma (her mom) was 5'6" while she was 5'8". My dad was around her height, but my brother is around 6'2", with me around the same height.

    Then my sisters are both like 5'4". Ironically, my older sister that I still talk to is ridiculously good at basketball.

    You're not short.
    That's mean.
    And you're too tall to be short.

    Anywho;
    The proper term is I believe
    Vertically Challenged.
    (I'm sorry; I'm a terrible person.)
