Whoa dude, that's intense. I've never even seen a baby squirrel before... did it come back out after it finished moving the babies? Anyways, other than the day being good for having not drank, my day was pretty average. I go to work, do the same old same old stuff I do every day. Come home, post stuff here, hang out with Chris, spend some time with my wife... Your average, every-day routine.
Well, today went pretty well up until the last few hours. Sadly some more *squee!* hit the fan. As it always does. Shame.
So much for Rule #1; Whatever the first rule is. Anyways I forgot to throw in, that on the way driving to college, I almost went into a "Do Not Enter" exit of the parking lot I was parking in, and quickly turned back straight until I went into the correct entrance. That was a "" Moment.
Today I realized something, I'm on RP chat too much. With it down I now have nothing to do. Other than that my day was great, only had one class, got to talk to Silva Hound again, and (best part of the day) got to use Silva Hound to cheer someone up =)
I can't wait to see them! I'm sorry to hear that *hugs* not everyone is quite ready for ponies, I guess. I'm glad to hear that! What did you guys do at your friend's house? I'm glad to hear that you managed to do that. I'm sure we're all here supporting you with this too. *hugs* That's great! I hope to improve my drawing in the future, were you just drawing ponies or did you try other things? Siblings the secrets can sometimes be the best, I can relate due to my three younger siblings. That sounds pretty amazing, I wish I had witnessed this XD Perhaps bringing a camera with you would be a good idea considering all the interesting things that happen to you XD What exactly happened, my friend? That's awesome dude :3 There are more things to life than the internet, it's sad some people can't realize this nowadays, but I'm glad you did!
Yeah, when I said I'd go to bed at 2, I think I lied. It's 5am and I'm still up. What's more, I'm beginning to get hysterical again, which is basically when I get so intensely depressed and self resenting, I start laughing, then crying. It's weird, but not important. I have a plan. I'm going to reset my body clock. I'm not going to sleep tonight, and I'm going to spend all of today being tired. Hopefully I should be so tired, I end yp falling asleep at 9pm or something really early. That is, if my body doesn't override the tiredness, or the opposite happens and I simply fall asleep. Only one way to find out.
I've tried it before too. Actually, I don't remember it going according to plan. Still, considering it's gone 5 in the morning, my sleep for tonight is already condemned. I might as well give it a try. Nothing to lose at this stage.
You're right, I'm only doing this for the long term benefits. If I don't do anything, I'll be sleep deprived for countless nights to come. However, by going one night without any sleep at all, I could potentially secure future nights with a long overdue decent night's sleep. It's a risk, as it might go pear shaped, but the possibility of a normal sleeping pattern is far too alluring. Well, might as well start my day. I'm going to grab some cereals and have a shower. I've got a feeling it's going to be a tiring day today...
Welcome to my world kinda... I haven't slept at night for over a year, Stupid night work. I've basically become nocturnal, I'm like batman, just no crime fighting or riches.
No, it stayed in the tree where it's old nest was, angrily growling at anyone who walked by. It was like a crime scene, the nest, broken on the ground with small hawk feathers strewn about. It was pretty interesting...
Zephyr, you have no idea how strongly you're coming off as Fluttershy right now. It's awesome. Oh, and my sleeping plan failed, I fell asleep at 10 and woke up at half 11.
I think I found a way to reset your internal clock Lup. Stop eating. Stop eating for 12-16 hours, then eat when you want to consider yourself "awake". Your body will recognize that food as your "breakfast". It will reset your clock as the start of a new day. I'm not sure if it works...I only looked around on the Internet a bit...hopefully it can help in some way...
My yesterday was mixed - had to spend the day with the assistant supervisor, who, to put it nicely, is a jerk. But, when I got home, I got to watch pony videos, so it evened out. @Lupr - I work in casinos, and have had to change my schedule many times over the years, sometimes fairly drastically. The best way, for me, at least, seems to be doing it over a couple of days - going to bed a few hours later each day. Zephyr's idea sounds interesting, thought. @Zephyr - The squirrel story is amazing! We got hawks here, and I often like to watch them circling overhead. Once, I saw a hawk try and nab a bird in mid-air and miss. Then the bird's friends ganged up on the hawk and drove him away! @ePONY - I believe that physicist guy who did the video stated that Cloudsdale is 2,530 meters, based on how long it took Rarity to fall. And I'm sure they can use magic to keep it a little warmer than normal. @Saikyo - One day at a time, my pony - one day at a time.
heres a deressing story: usually birds like to build nsts in our hedge,on day we noticed a baby bird (not able to fly) so i hurried and madea fake nest using an online how to,sadly the mom did not come back for it ,w had a short funrel heres my day: went to tescos early to get some bread and pick up a pastry brush(for chocolate) and mushrooms, spotted celestia and RD in the toy aisleomg and then spent th day making chocolatincluding a chocolate frog filled with nutella, then went on everyony, thn tarted typing
You know, I think I recall hearing about that somewhere, but i lost the webpage and I couldn't remember the details. Thank you so much for finding that. It's a bit late to do that tonight, as I ate not long ago and plan to be 'awake' in about 9-10 hours. However, tomorrow, I will put this into motion. Thanks Zeph, this means more than you think it does, trust me.
*hugs* It'll be okay, dude. It always is. Always is good to look at the bright side of things, Dwynter *hugs* I'm glad you were able to. Sounds like an eventful day, I hope you feel better from after the bird incident :[
