"O-oh my god... they come out of the laptops..." And like that Sera fainted, hitting the ground hard. Desmond rubbed the back of his head, "Great, now I have two ponies in my house, what are the odds?" He asked himself sighing. He sat down, leaning the violin case on the couch where it would not get knocked over, "First Derpy Hooves and now Octavia? Man, next thing you know a space invasion is going to be coming through the toaster." He said, a little frustrated at what was going on.
Luna chuckled and sat down on the couch, patting the seat beside her. She was beginning to grow fond of Jamie. Octavia bilnked and looked at Derpy, "Oh, hello there Bright Eyes." Derpy smiled to her, "Well hello to you too Octavia!" The two smiled before turning to look at him. Octavia cleared her throat, "Yes well I believe this is where I say 'thank you for adopting us."
"Whoa, whoa, wait. Adopting? But- but your mares! Your fully grown ponies, how is that even possible?" Desmond questioned with a deep, yet agitated tone.
Jaime sat just beside her, as she wanted, smiling at her. He was really starting to feel really confortable being by her side.
"Sure but be aware a lot of people are omnivores here like myself. So don't be suprised or scared if you see ribs, chicken breasts or chicken wings in the fridge. I've also got some already made garlic bread in the living room its still warm." Jennifer said opening the door. "Just to warn you though. My Girlfriend will be back any minute soon and lets just say she's a huge RariDence (Rarity and Cadence) shipper. I'll explain on the way down stairs."
"Me and Cadance..? Rarity blinked rapidly, "Darling, she's married! I'm not saying she isn't a beautiful mare, but she's married!" Rarity blinked rapidly, slowly walking over to stairwell. Octavia sat Derpy down, who was now munching on a muffin, and she spoke in her posh accent, "Did you not read the terms? We are to remain here for any duration between three months to three years." Luna looked down at him and asked, "Are you cold Jamie?" She gently wrapped a wing around him, which acted as a thick blanket.
'Oh man, I can't believe I missed that! What an idiot I am!' Desmond though to himself, picking up the violin case and looking at it. "Well, if you are staying here, might as well get use to it." Desmond sighed, grabbing his laptop and switching to an online music studio. He had created many songs using this, and thus, he now had one song to complete from audio recorder, Phantom of the Opera! He pulled the lyric video out one of the documents, he still had yet to apply the violin part to it, but no worries, he was about to do it! He gently grabbed the violin and its bow. He began to clean the bow with a pure white, feather soft cloth, cleaning anything dirty from it. He then turned the nods tight just gently enough, flicking a finger across the metal strings to make sure they were corrected.
Jaime closed his eyes and smiled. He felt really warm with her wing around him. "Thank you." He said rather happy yet calmly.
"Dont ask me she also ships you and applejack together plus you and Luna. It's just that while she writes more fan fictions about you and applejack she made up a whole alternative universe where you replaced Shining in a Canterlot wedding." Jennifer said with a smile. Heading into the kitchen and refilling her Glass of Pepsi. When she heard the lock of the door click. "You have a look in the kitchen and grab anything you want. I've got a bit of explaining to do." Jennifer thus proceeded to the door where she greeted Louise with a hug before starting to talk. "Now dont freak out but... (she continues to explain the whole situation which with the interruptions by Louise would have taken a page of writing." After about 10 minutes of explaining she walked in the kitchen with Louise. "Well Honey, I was not making this up as you can see. Also if you go on that website don't even think about picking Applejack or Cadence just to make your shipping canon."
Derpy remained munching on her muffin happily, as though lost in her world. In reality, she was wondering if Ditzy was going to be alright. Octavia smiled to him, "well, a person of the arts! It seems as though I did land myself a rather good overseer." She hefted the cello up and slowly pulled out her bow, "Shall we duet?" "Where is that human?" Luna asked, accidently pulling Jamie closer.
"Ahhhh..."Jaime started to blush a little because of how close he was to her. "I- I don't know." He replied
"Hold up, allow me to warm up." Desmond said pressing a button. He started out softly, but as the rock music would play, he would fill in the rest with the violin more violently wight he notes, hitting every note correctly like he had practiced. "okay guys! sorry i had to keep you all waiting!" he ran up to them and landed down on the couch. "so...i'm guessing Luna's your favorite?"
"Oh, sorry." He said, he then quickly separated from Luna a little, back to how he originally was before she pulled him close to her, although he still had her wing around him.
Luna looked down at him, her gaze narrowing, "Am I being too friendly?" He asked, looking further down. She sighed a little, looking down, "I'm sorry about that." Derpy left the room, going to raid his muffin stores. Soon they no longer had any muffins. Octavia smiled and played with the skill of years of practice. She was beautiful, elegant, and wonderful. She stopped at the end, "You are certainly talented."
"N-no, it's not that." he started saying trying to cheer Luna up "It's just that... I got a little nervous. There is no need to apologize, it was my fault."
