And I'm in the same boat as you two! Good thing it's not a really small boat. inb4 shipping jokes

Anyway, congratulations, Setz, you are now Rarity. :D I think a lot of fans went through the same thing you did regarding Rarity, or even other characters. In fact, I think I did, too. At first I wasn't sure about Rarity, but over the first season, she won me over.

I'm sorry to disappoint you Dilly but I am not pkwinner. On youtube I am Setzertrancer, I have made a few relatively viral pony videos. But my recent videos have gotten hardly any views despite putting an immense about of effort on them.

Yeah I am like Rarity because I am never satisfied, I have been trying to gain some amount of online fame for 5 years. Recently thanks to ponies I have gotten closer then ever. But now I want more. Sometimes I wonder if I would still be unsatisfied if I was as famous as Elvis.

I actually had a similar experience, just with Twilight instead of Rarity. I realized just how alike we are, even though I didn't realize it (or didn't want to admit it) at first.

Fame is nice and all, but it's respect that counts. Many famous people have little respect, and it is these people I want to avoid becoming. Paris Hilton, Britney, Justin, and many more, all famous, and liked, but I doubt many people actually have respect for them.

    Fame is nice though.

I've always leaned towards Rarity being one of my favorites, but it's mostly the way she talks and the way other characters view her, rather than herself. She is painfully melodramatic, and unfortunately, I know a couple people like that in real life. However, Rarity's drama is far more believable to me.

I cannot stand southern accents, usually. I'm glad they didn't overdo Applejack's.
