He grinned at her, reaching forward and brushing her hair back gently. "Two people who like each other. Right?"
"Then that's what we are," he confirmed, standing up and offering a hand to her. "Come on, let's head back."
Her eyes fluttered open and she looked up at him for a moment, still mostly asleep. "You're so pretty, Sariel," she said, closing her eyes again.
She turned her head, opening her eyes to look at him. "Hey," she said softly, her hand coming up to cup his jaw.
"Well, there we go," she replied warmly, scooting over to him and slipping her arms around his waist, her head resting in the curve of his neck. "It's perfect."
She buried her head in his chest, enjoying his presence and closing her eyes again for a moment. "I love you, Sariel."
