It would somewhat far, resting beside a river. It was similar to a hobbit hole the entrance against a tree, where a root framed the entrance and there were steps down to the door. Flowers grew out front, and the growing moss kept it fairly well hidden from anyone who wasn't looking for it.
It would take a moment before the door opened a crack, and she peered through with one eye. "..Briar?"
His smile faded slightly, and he cleared his throat. "I just... I wanted to see how you were doing, but if it's a bad time..."
She looked down. "It's a long story.. There were just some people. Anyways, no magic for me for awhile."
He cleared his throat nervously, obviously not expecting her to take his hand. "Helping it. I'm... I focused a lot on restoration."
