Hello weary travelers of the interwebs, 'tis I heavymetalbronie! This is kind of a game turned music sharing thread that I had the idea for 5 mins ago while I was drinking late afternoon coffee. The premise is this, you're limited to using an old style cassette to store your favorite driving/running songs on. Simply list the songs you'd listen to while driving or using a walkman! The rules are simple: 1. Your post must start with the sentence "I don't normally make mixtapes, but when I do they sound like this!" 2. You must list 10 songs that you'd listen to/blast while doing something. the songs can be of any genre you choose, so go wild! 3. Only one song per artist please. As a bonus, you can list what you'd play your music on. Like a car stereo, walkman, boom box or anything else that doesn't use CD or stored memory. List it to who if you want and their reaction to your taste in noise! I'd better start the ball a rollin', so here goes! I don't normally make mixtapes, but when I do they sound like this! 1. The clash- I fought the law (and the law won) 2. Anthrax- metal thrashing mad 3. queen- stone cold crazy 4. AC/DC- If you want blood, you got it 5. The grems- lexicon devil 6. Motley crue- dancing on glass 7. T.S.O.L- Abolish government/silent majority 8. Def Leppard- Photograph 9. Van Halen- Panama 10. Ramones- Rockaway beach I'd blast these out of my car stereo, just to wind some people up! >
