I decided to remix Slim Shady's magnum opus, "Lose Yourself," which many of you may know from the film "8 Mile." What do you guys think? Please note that this is just a work in progress.
Hehe, thanks! I was trying to go for a more modern, orchestrated hip-hop feel with my cover, while retaining core elements of the original, such as the pitch, tempo, and melody. Also, I added in a bass drum to sound like a heartbeat, so as to make the song's message of taking opportunities when presented slightly more prominent. Also, I don't know when the full version will be out, but I will eventually release the instrumental first, followed by a complete cover. Sent from the DeLorean
