Ummm yeah they do when they're closed Also note that that's based off Big Macintosh, and he's the only one with that body style so there are no wings to go off of for a perfect match
So now that Jaret helped me change my username, I get to sign my artwork as Steelion here! Woot! So once this drawing is done it will be mt new avatar. I'm close. Just need to color it now
It's pretty much the same but with less feather details, also note that they're layered on top of each other in rows
Steelion: Nope, but if you check some of the MLP drawings (like this), the style doesn't really correspond to the FiM style. Anywho, if this can help you more, I'd suggest you to read it.
Well, I do like the style of it being closed like it shows, since he doesn't fly well anyway. Sent from my ERIS-GSBv3.3 using Tapatalk
It's not that i don't like the style of the show, but when I see stuff like this I can't say that the style of drawing is that great. You should aim to making more complex and clean/nicer shadows/highlights/shading.
Steelion: You could always make open and small wings, like Scootaloo's. You said once that his wings are atrophied or something like that.
I prefer them closed and lopsided. The right wing is normal sized and the left one is small. Sent from my ERIS-GSBv3.3 using Tapatalk
Because of course drawing and animating that style in any abundance would make Season 2 come all the faster :3
'Twas always that cartoons were like 25% of details compared to comics (Which are 100%). Animating everything would take years, but when you're drawing still images (What we are talking about now) you can't really say someone made much effort if it only has an outline with no shading/whatever. I know, someone's style and stuff, but...
Yeah, the suit was quite interesting. Not that it was wrong to remove it, but it gave the pony a special "vibe".
