@2: I have to point out that all of the drama, by virtue of them being staff, involves the staff. Now, whether or not the drama is CAUSED by the staff is highly arguable, especially in those cases where people had problems with how the staff operates, but that is for the most part irrelevant since the staff takes upon itself to take part in and attempt to quell the drama. Thus, strictly speaking, it would be a problem if the staff were not involved in user drama as things stand. Of course, I have to mention that I enjoy watching the drama, but that too is besides the point.
