Anything I can do to ease someone's mind.
I'm no doctor, and again, I'd highly recommend he still get his check-up done, but that's all I know about it. My mother had a similar case (but not as severe) of this, so I had to memorize it. Anything beyond the Failure Rates and the actual symptoms of the dysfuction I had to look up; but I'm plenty familiar with it.

I've been inactive on the forums lately, mostly because of the ridiculous amount of things I had to catch up on, but I can't pass this by.

Really, I have nothing to say that hasn't already been said here. Yes, you're in a horrible situation, yes, depression is harsh mistress, but all that was said a million times, so I'll just say what has to be said.

*Raises tea for a toast* To you health.

Worth mentioning Dan, I might have a bit of trouble keeping on top of the fic moderating, as the pain's been flaring up a bit more regularly recently. Shouldn't be a problem, just a little heads up. Not that fics are pouring in left right and centre or anything.

No problem with the fic moderating. Incidentally, that's what I was doing as you typed that reply. Coincidence?

    Probably. Still relevant coincidence.

It was kind of directed at the fanfic mods, but thanks Chip, glad to know you're supportive. Much love.

Dammit I'm starting to cry now... I can't even think of what to say... You tell us not to worry but to some ponies that will cause them to worry, no one want's to lose someone from such a great community, especially our cocaine Twilight =( so best of luck to you, and I'm positive that the surgery will be a complete success.

Edit: How could I forget to add this? Never forget we all love you, everybrony in the brony community. Whether they're on the site or not, have been a brony since the beginning of the show or don't even know they're a brony yet.

That made me laugh. Glad my avatar gives me recognition round these parts.

The reasons I don't want anyone worrying are

    1) I don't want to be responsible for misery and depression on a happy and friendly forum
    2) I don't like being the focus of attention
    3) Should the worst happen, I'd rather nobody made a fuss.

But, as stated, the fact that a lot of you have shown support is heart warming, I assure you. It means a lot.
