I wouldn't consider a person of that height short at all. The average height of German males is only about five centimetres taller. But I guess it's subjective.
If I could change one thing about myself it would be the lack of ****s I give about this guy in particular's height. Man oh man do I lack some empathy here to some extreme degree. Wonder why that is? Must be one of life's great mysteries. But let's be real here, if I could change something about me it'd be so that I could feel more empathetic to others, it's something I lack.
Just two things really (and they are both possible, but will take effort). I want to change my weight, I am around 295 now (went a long way from 412 last April), but I want to be about 80 to 90 pounds lighter and weigh between 205 & 230. I especially want to lose in my stomach, lose my 'man boobs', and lose some more in the thighs/legs and in the face. I hope that will happen before the end of 2013. I would also like to change the fact that I procrastinate, and actually get more focused and serious about my future. I need to build more of an interest in IT, as well as focusing on having a P/T job to help supplement an income to buy food, merch, items, accessories, as well as to invest in college, put gas in my car, and help with personal expenses. I really need to get on my hooves and put my aspirations into motion.
And I'm short. And I'm the greatest person ever!! That's a lie. I am far from that. I'm a terrible person.
My worries I have to enjoy violent things in order to be a 'good person' and not harmful to others. I really wanna get over that issue. Fast. Yes, its a real axiety issue I have that i'm being medicated for....
As far as losing weight goes, I can offer some advice. I never cared about my weight, until I stepped on a scale and saw "295 lbs" staring back at me. I immedietly started drinking nothing but water, and within three months, I had lost twenty pounds.
I'd also recommend not eating less, but eating the same amount more often. Naturally healthier food also helps, but you want your metabolism to spike to lose weight. There are generally 3 things you can do for that to happen. -As I said, eat more often in smaller increments -Exercise -Homeostasis (Sweating or having the shivers)
