Don't let the haters get to you. Like they say, Haters are going to hate. I personally watch this show in secret. Yeah, this is probably my biggest secret that I have next to me still playing Pokemon with me being 21, black, and the body of a football player. Odds are if anybody else my race knew I watched this, I would probably get either shot or have my title of being a man taken away. But that not that important to me.
I find it quite amazing that out of the 2000+ students who attend my high school, I don't know how many are bronies at my school. (And I wish I knew who they were...) Heck, I keep the brony-side of me hidden all day long, because I'm afraid of some super 'deluxe' troll coming up and ratting me out in front of a crowd if I reveal even the slightest hint. And as chaotic as my school is, I wouldn't even attempt to do anything that would reveal me as a brony, especially since I'm on my school's football team. This is why I love Everypony, no trolls, no bullies, and no God awful haters. Just a calm and safe site filled with fellow bronies who respect and have faith in each other. Such a sad, sad world we live in, full of haters and people whose only good hobby is being a total, troll-tastic dumbass. (Mind my language, there.)
I think I went to a pretty soft school, as in the worst thing that happened there was that someone got punched once. I'm 17, and I have no fear of letting people know what I like. Aferall, you can change what you like. But you can let what you like change you. Bit of a saying there. But seriously, MLP has changed me for the better. And gives me something to do.

Ahh, the Internet... People need to learn to let others be, and not judge them for what they like or try to shove them into certain stereotypes. It's pretty much why I've gone stealth admitting I'm a brony AND a furry, because people automatically think that I'm the type that sexualizes ponies, which I don't, I just have an interest in animal characters, which happens to include Ponies and anthros... (I wouldn't even use the term 'furry' to describe me, but it seems saying 'anthro' gets you labeled as a closet furry anyway...). Just ignore the haters. Most likely they're just immature 13-year-olds who are trying to sound cool by bashing something popular...
I am proud, to be a big mlp fan. HATERS GONNA HATE. CYNDERS GONNA BLOCK THE HARASSERS. you ignore the trolls and such, all they want is attention.
I don't really take "internet hate" seriously anymore as it's all really just complaining for the sake of complaining. Don't let it get to you, brony~~ I worry more about infighting and scapegoating inside the fandom itself... For me, seeing that is a bigger heartbreaker than seeing pony hate.
