Uniqua sits and keeps him from sitting up. "No, you need your rest. I- uagh!" Uniqua holds her head She slams a hoof on the ground, and the pain goes away. "You'll have to try harder than that, foal!" she calls over her shoulder. Looking back at Rashall, she says "Sorry. That Karl guy is weakly trying to attack me."
"Heh, touch that blue barrier over there it will keep him out for a good while," says Rashall pointing to a bright blue barrier just coming into focus.
Karl looks at the red fluid, going by it's it's first marker. "O ho ho, it has just be begun!" He begins laughing at how fun it will become later on. "Next stage! A simple, but durable, cold!" He praises to an invisible croud. "And after that, Fever kicks in!" He's now joyfully bouncing around the needle thats jabbed into the ground.
Uniqua walks over to the barrier slowly, and cautiously touches a hoof to it. After a few moments, she takes a hoof away and looks at it strangely. "Did it work? How do I know if it did?"
"You have it I see it about your mind, listen to me though whatever he does to that should your memory fail you look into your soul for nothing can pierce that barrier that you just touched," says Rashall.
Karl suddenly stops and looks on the needle. The liquid had stopped flowing, and he could see a blue light glowing underneath it. "That little filly blocked the flow! What a nuisance!" He stomped at the ground and shook his head. "Hm, do i remember a denial spell somewhere around here?" He wondered as he flipped through his memories, occasionally laughing at some of them. (And yes, he knows a magic denial spell, it'll just take some time to find it.)
Uniqua smiles, sitting back down next to Rashall. "I take it you've had experience with minds before? Oh, speaking of that, how did you find yourself so quickly? That had to have been a new record."
"That was not as simple as it seemed, I had done something like that a time or two before," says Rashall. (Karl that barrier is not around the memories you said you were injecting that poison into, that barrier is around the soul not the memories so technically it's not what you're aiming for.)
"Well, it was fast to me. Was it a memory? Or a sense? I mean, what made you find you." Uniqua says, laying down in front of Rashall.
"A secret that if I ever get the chance when the time is right I will tell you," says Rashall smiling.
"I'm not that much of a snoop, I meant was it a memory or something. But you said it was a secret, so I won't ask anything else about it." Uniqua says, returning the smile.
(Karl doesn't know that, plus he usually doesn't think outside the box.) He stopped at one page, and checked the contents. "Aha! There it is!" He exclaimed while pointing to the text infront of him. "Now ----- ---- -----. Right, seems easy enough!" He looked back at the needle and closed his eyes, uttered the words, "Nigo aver stivun." A bright light flowed around him, lifting him up in the air. "Tavok Maga INVER!" He shouted at the top of his lungs, allowing the light to burst upwards, hitting the sky he was standing under, creating a load bang and a flash not to similar to RD's Sonic Rainboom. "Jack pot." He quietly said to himself as he levitated down and landed on the ground.
"Good, huh? That only raises the suspense. I'm a persistent mare, just letting you know." she says, laying her head in her hooves.
Karl walks and zooms in on the needle. "Now... Vana." The small blue light vanished and the fluid started moving again. "Yes! I did it!" He shouted, while returning to his bouncing around the needle. Altough the fluid still didn't seem to be moving, which Karl doesn't notice. ('cus look, it makes sense. The ground is the mind and the soul is the sky.)
Karl had stopped bouncing. Actually, he had stopped and shut his eyes completely. *Yawns* "I better get some sleep, the Longinus can take care of the rest." He shuts his eyes, and starts dreaming of sunshine and lollipops.
A small robot was making it's way towards the two ponies, occasionaly tripping and falling in it's frantic run to get to the two ponys. It eventually stopped as it fell down, tripped by a Bi-pedal creature which picked it up in it's hand, uttering two words. "Not now."
