Into the Everfree (for Pinkly Smooth)

Xeno stopped after a while, & her blush slowly faded

 

Bolt stood there, holding her at hoof's length and smiling. "We...uh...should go kill that flame dragon. You still got the sword I gave you?" He asked

 

"Yeah...", Xeno said smiling, & pointing to her 2 swords

 

"Guess we should go then. Unless you feel like doing something else. Also, dragon stash." Bolt remembered

 

"Yeah... We should check out the horde...", Xeno says, putting on her sheaths, & robe

 

"Yep. Ladies first." Bolt said.

 

Xeno giggled,"alright", then walked to where the stash was

 

Bolt found a lot of bits. As in gold bits. He also found gems, silver, and...weapons and arnor! "Sweeet! Xeno come here I found a golden finished crossbow!" Bolt said excitedly

 

"Really? Where?", Xeno asked, seeming a little more outgoing than normal

 

"Here." Bolt said, bringing it over

 

Xeno overlooked it,"that's pretty awesome!"

 

"Here!" Bolt said louder

 

"Oh...", Xeno said blushing, then took it,"th-thank you, I-I'm gonna need a little time to cast a couple of spells on this...", Xeno says, walking off to a corner & using her magic

 

Bolt returned to the pile of treasures and foraged around.

 

Xeno pulls out her old crossbow, & holds it in one hoof, the new one in the other, then the old turns s to dust & black ash

 

"I could have done that." Bolt laughed.

 

Xeno rolled her eyes as the new one is magically engraved with markings,"I was transferring the enchantments..."

"Alright. Whatever. My wing is killing me." Bolt said, trying in vain to move it.

 

"Want to wait it out, or push on, I can numb it, but not heal it...", Xeno said, putting away the crossbow
