As both ponies entered the palace, it grew grander still. The initial chamber was extremely high, with beautiful ornate crystal statues and engravings carved into the high walls. The entire interior, like the outside, reflected both Loyal and Ria. Now their "giant reflections surrounded them. Blade looked upward admiring the fine architecture. It was hard not to. "Excuse me, can I help you?" a muffled voice exclaimed, causing Blade to jolt slightly, not expecting anybody to be there. It was one of the palace guards, adorned completely in his armor. One might have expected it to be crystal, but in fact it was just a silver color. Heavily polished however, giving off the same sort of reflection everything else in the Crystal Empire did. It was simple Armour, having no heraldry or decoration. All Blade could tell is that he was a blue Crystal pony, because only his sparkling blue flank was exposed. The rest was just a walking juggernaut of highly polished silver armor. 'Ahem, yes. I am Lieutenant Loyal Blade. Me and my companion here are on business assigned by the crown" He responded curtly. The guard looked Blade up and down, and than did the same to Ria. He gave a curt nod, and stepped aside to the left, allowing them entrance to the large door behind him. "The Princess should be in the throne room to attend you" the guard added curtly. It was a tall door, fashioned from crystal with silver handles. It stood out due to the fact that it had several renditions of flowers engraved into it, making it appear like a solid crystal garden. Blade turned to Ria and said "After you miss Ria" politely.
"Thank you." she said, nodding her head, and causing her hair to fall over her face. She gave an irritated sigh, and walked into the throne room. "Oh, and you can just call me Ria."
(OOC: Don't worry! I haven't given up on the RP and stopped posting. I've got a certain idea which direction I wanna take this story, and I'm just brainstorming some details. I know there is gotta be some thinking on your feet when it comes to RP'ing, but I don't wanna be completely directionless! xD It won't be long, as soon as I figure it out, I'll post! Tomorrow at the latest, later tonight at the earliest! ^_^ Just didn't want you to think I left you hanging. xD I tried sending this to your PM box, but its full. xD)
(OOC: Sorry about being all late and such!) Blade nodded in response. He might have been able to gather that on account of her independent nature, but his daftness got the better of him. His horn than began to glow a faint blue, gently swinging the doors open for Ria. Immediately behind the door was an older crystal pony. He has a pink coat, sparkling such as Crystal Pony's do. But it was wrinkled and worn, showing some signs of age. Though that was easily determined by the mop of shaggy and wizened grey hair. It unfolded down over his eyes. He took a step forward, standing very close to Ria... Awkwardly close. Blade raised his left eyebrow, unsure if the old servant could even see where he was. He must have realized someone was there at the very least, because he bellowed very loudly, point blank at Ria "HOW DO YOU DO MADAME?! ARE YOU THE KNIGHTS SENT FROM CANTERLOT?!" Blade winced and curdled his ears at the old mans deafening tone. Must be hard of hearing he thought sheepishly to himself.
Ria jumped in the air a little, her wings beating, a wince apparent on her face. "Sir? There are.. uh... two of us ponies. Yes, we are the knights."
