So I have an answer to the whole your(Discord's) powers have to be used every once in a while or the universe goes wonky. Since you were stoned for a while the universe was keep in balance by items you gave certain folks that have access to your powers. What do you think?
Um, I'm going to assume that by 'stoned', you mean trapped in stone? XD That was originally just meant to be Discord making up an excuse for using his powers, but we can go with that if you want; could be fun. I assume that's the point of the hat then? I asked a question about it in the OCC before I read this, so you can disregard that.
I explained my original reason in the Horsehead bay topic. I came up with the above reason a few minutes later while I was thinking of a reply to this topic.
