"I think you need say your name yourself and then you need to beat the cash register monster. I'll be cowering in the corner."
He raised an... hairy eye catapillar, "What's a corner?" He shrugged. "Duchess Isabella Sybline Contessa Ophellia Rebecca Daimond, spells... Discord!" Discord announced, triumphantly. A signpost once again sprung out of the underbrush. "I did like Duchess though..." he said stroking his... chin... bush.
"Probably stalking the miser clubhouse, looking for victims. You're not a miser, are you Usagi?" Discord asked, inspecting her closely.
"Nope I spend every penny of my allowance that mommy doesn't make me save or tithe. I spend eight hundred dollars a month supporting my local community and some times non-local ones too. I got the coolest sailormoon toy from a conventio, it really transforms!"
"Glad to hear it; we should be safe then. Lets press on!" Discord said brightly, pointing in the same direction as the sign. As they made their way through the forest, the fawn and the blackbird-mounted Red Queen followed them; they seemed confused, and had obviously not yet remembered their names.
As Usagi followed Discord she offered the fawn a lolipop. Then she noticed the little queen on the bird. "Um. Mr. Discord why is Trolestia following us." [Since that's not the queens real name I figured it be okay for Usagi to remember it. ]
The fawn sniffed curiously at the lollipop, then ate it delightedly, and gave Usagi a lick. "Trollestia? I don't think that's my name..." Squeaked the Queen. Discord looked at their small group of followers and chuckled. "That's what she does."
"I'm not food." She did not like bein licked. "It not your name it just what a lot of people call you. Your not very popular where I live."
The fawn looked at Usagi blankly. "What's food?" "Where you live?" The Red Queen responded, "Do you not live here? You seem pretty lively." Discord chuckled at their conversation as he continued along the path. Up ahead in the distance, he saw a shimmering light; he assumed it was daylight and marked the end of the forest.
"Usagi, I don't think that this is actually..." Discord couldn't quite remember the name of the sadist who had imprisoned him for so long, but he felt sure this tiny red pony wasn't her. As he was thinking, they emerged from the forest. The fawn suddenly leaped around in front of them. "I'm a fawn! I remember now!" It stopped as it looked at Discord and Usagi, fear entering it's eyes, before bounding off.
"Clearly I have yet to pick up Fluttershy's way with animals." Discord replied, watching the fawn bound off. Suddenly his face brightened. "Fluttershy! I've gotten my names back!" He turned and pointed at the Red Queen. "Celestia! You're not Celestia!" The Red Queen frowned and wrinkled her nose. "I am well aware of that!"
"She's a mini-trollestia at least." Hmm, mommy was still mommy, but she remembered Kimitsu's name now. "You should hide a name tag on you somewhere so you don't forget again. Mommy is always worried I'll catch a virus and forget my own name."
"Hmm, never heard of a virus affecting memory before," Discord said, stroking his goatee, "But your mommy does seem pretty smart; I'm sure he knows what he's talking about." He conjured up a name tag and pinned it to his chest; it read: 'Hello! My name is Discord'. The Red Queen was still flying around them and muttering angrily to herself, as Discord noticed they had left the forest at the bottom of the hill they'd been trying to reach; there was now only a short-ish climb between them and their goal. As he walked closer he noticed a small stone memorial; it was inscribed: ' In loving memory of Jack and Jill'.
"Could be," Discord said, studying the memorial and nodding his head thoughtfully. "Or, it could mean that Jack and Jill left, and now the hill misses them? I'm not sure; perhaps we should see if anyone back in the forest knows?"
Usagi looked back at the forrest and frowned. "I don't want to. We might run into the evil cash register. Oh and we'd forget stuff again."
