Dark looked up towards the sun, then did some calculations in her head, "It would be that way." she said pointing in that direction.
"Well I guess we should go now" said Cessoe withholding his enthusiasm at the prospect of going to this "Shadowed forest". In his mind he pictured looming trees as tall as skyscrapers, and what else was there he could not imagine. To do this he used the same logic on the word 'shadowed' which was also the same childish logic that said anything with flames on it is automatically faster because of it.
Shine flew up a bit, hovering above the ground. "Shall we make haste? I'd like to make it at worst, on time!" He smiled.
Dew watched as the other ponies headed off and wondered if these were the ponies she was to meet. She tried to call out too them but her voice was carried off by the wind and the letter she had been holding fluttered to the ground. Maybe she had been wrong, maybe she wasn't the right 'DewDrop', surely she was the only one she knew. Yet she didn't know many ponies and didn't really have any friends, thats why she had been so happy to get invited to something. But now they were leaving without her. Dew sighed and watched the letter flutter farther away. Suddently Dew looked up, she had a idea. "I'll have too tell them they have the wrong 'DewDrop' and maybe, maybe because she's not there i could come along... maybe" It wasn't the best of ideas. It accured to her the perhaps the ponies had all been chosen for a reason and they might not let her come "It wount hurt to ask" she told herself. Befor she could change her mind she lept after the letter and trotted after the others.
Orangebolt over heard the other ponies conversation. He dashed ahead to catch up with their group. "Hey! I over heard you talking about this "Shadowed Forest" and decided to come along! Names Orangebolt!"
