I only really need NNM, the gala, Discord and Winter wrap up. That's the only time my stories cross into the MLP side of the stories. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
The show creators intentionally skipped forward a month because otherwise the episode would be about two newborn foals. Also known as a "flashforward". And going with the original topic, a flashforward still could apply. We don't really know how long Twi has actually been in Ponyville. If the show creators went day by day that'd be quite boring. Clearly a scenery change was needed and that was what they went with. Also, instead of thinking about the legitimacy, take a look at every other cartoon series or movie and you'll realize this is an extremely popular story telling tactic.
Except that Pinkie sang a song all about them being a month old. :derpe: Sent from my DROID3 using Tapatalk 2
in episode, pinkie pie celebrated their 1 month old birthday. therefore, one month passed in couple minutes.
Okay, I have been out-bronied... I have only seen all the episodes once and a few of Season 1 a second time.
And by what evidence do the ponies in MLP grow like actual horses? It's most realistic to assume they grow at a similar rate to humans.
I don't over think when it comes to a cartoon, but it does leave some interesting background information like the Ed Edd and Eddy Purgatory. I don't think the creators thought about this and just put the episodes in a order that's somewhat follows the seasons.
Equestria season schedule: Winter > Spring > Summer > Autumn > Winter > Autumn > Summer > Spring > Winter > Spring...
I thought Hasbro said the episodes weren't in chronological order, so they can be watched in any order. If not then I don't know how to explain that
