It just goes on and on my friends! Same length rule: When the thread goes seventy-two hours---a.k.a. three full days---without a reply, the last poster is declared the winner and creates the thread for the next round.
Honestly. I am not surprised. And I know my luck with winning any of these is null. So I guess I am here for the ride, more or less. Have some Sonic to celebrate the new Last to Post.
I still think we should go back to the three days rather than just two. Especially how slow the forum's been as of late.
Yes but it shouldn't come to an end so soon the fun of this game is it goes on forever before a winner is declared. It used to go on for hundreds of pages before a winner.
I remember Last to Posts, at minimum, hitting the 200-300 page range before dropping off in any capacity, in most cases. Edit: Also just peeked at some of the older ones. Round 5 got around 1000 pages before sputtering. So I see your point.
So do I, but that doesn't necessarily mean I agree with it. To me, the fun of these is that we get to talk about thoroughly random stuff for no real reason other than attempts at continuation.
I'll just leave it at me agreeing with Lio on the topic of needing the extra day for Last to Post. Life has been crazy in any case. Everything is... wrong anymore. Also I stumbled upon this the other day while boredly surfing Youtube: A fitting song to the state of affairs in the world.
For me today was a nightmare I bit my tounge several times to make sure I was awake. First my co-worker didn't show up for work. Every bloody time the store would slow down and I try to close to to use the restroom someone would sit down and start playing the slots. My security kept disappearing on me. Then nobody showed up for the next shift. Fifteen minutes late someone does, but my store is not one someone should be alone at. We couldn't get any of the higher ups when we tried to contact them. It was a long and painful day.
Adagio Dazzle is the best Siren. *runs* Also, thread time out changed to 72 hours (3 days) Also, at this point I'm just hate watching the last season of Attack on Titan. It's like the writers of Game of Thrones got a hold of the show. Let's build up everything and ruin the last season for reasons we can't fathom. Like the ones you have been rooting for this whole time, nope they're the bad guys now! Why? Because screw you, that's why! The army trained to fight titans has suddenly forgotten how to fight titans and every single traitor is an unkillable Mary-Sue! Enjoy! He's been shot in the chest, oh and the face. Don't worry, he'll heal quickly. Seriously? WTF. The writing is bad and they should feel bad.
So in my weirdness today I'm getting emails from companies I've never contacted saying I contacted them. Is it possible to send emails using someone else's email address? Or are they using forms and putting my address in them.
It's a scam or a phishing attempt. Block them and don't respond. Yes, you can spoof email addresses (unfortunately, rather easily) to make it look like it came from someone else.
