It's referring to a textbook noodle incident involving Elk Harrison, part of my pack of OCs. I love how Lio's statement just has zero context for it, though.

Hmm, looks like there's blast cause hallucinations. How would pest control come that fast, and it's not like DB is only one here. I mean if that was true to reality Rock and Cal would be dead too.
