..... Good job Usagi. Normally she'll call people stupid for believing in manmade climate change before finding out if they're talking about manmade or natural. Earth is a living thing. Man has at this time no control over it's climate. Pollution is a problem but that does not affect climate. If the earth is going to get warmer or cooler it was going to happen with or without man.
That's a topic I dare not touch for fear that I'd never shut up, so I'll just post a random picture and move on.
I'd just like to share information from legitimate websites that ask this question and give evidence (with references) to help people come to their own decisions and not just spout talking points from either side of the debate. https://phys.org/news/2019-09-climate-natural-man-made.html Scientists: Strong evidence that human-caused climate change intensified 2015 heat waves | National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Evidence | Facts – Climate Change: Vital Signs of the Planet <- I'm spending time with this one, there's a lot of info here. Yay NASA! Space! Got to go to space!
Still don't want to get involved, thanks. Right or wrong, I'm not the biggest fan of debates, potential or otherwise.
Mommy you really should have posted all the Nightmare Night stuff already. So sue me. Anyway I've done my own research and I can't see manmade climate change as anything more than and way for politicians to gain more power. Weather changes it's no of their predictions have come true. I'm against pollution, but controlling cow farts? A volcano release more C02 than factories, climate change is not something we can control, and to think we can or have is just ridiculous in my book.
Have some Rarity for the season. And if evidence won't change your mind, nothing will. So there's no point in discussion.
Okay, I thought I had a music link in my last post. Either I didn't enter it in, or the forum's being finicky. Let's try this again.
Yes yes cherry picked information that doesn't give the whole picture is proof it's real. I'm reminded of the climate change scientist that got trapped in the ice. Science is not constant. It's always changing. The more scientist learn, the more they learn they don't know. Just look at what they think about nutrition. There isn't the consensus the media leads us to believe there is when it comes to climate change.
You say to-may-to. I say tom-ah-to. I say empirical evidence. You say anecdote. Let's call the whole thing off!
