Can't say I agree, but that's one of those topics we'd be here all week on. Ambush is pretty much a hairy little fruit punch-loving freak. ()^_^ As for me personally, it became my drink of choice after I forced myself to give up soda pop. I essentially traded one source of high sugar for another, but it's one of those things that gets me through the day when I really need it. (Though I learned my lesson about drinking it during the evening hours.)
Quite. The semantics alone would be a headache to deal with. And now it makes sense why Val drinks on the regular. Not that it's surprising~ hehe~ Yes. Though that is irrelevant to the topic at hand. It's more the caffeine in soda, than the sugar that gets you. Though switching to fruit punch would be healthier than soda for sure. Plus sugar is good for your body anyway. It helps especially if you have problems with low blood sugar, like I do. >.> Caffeine, from what I learned, in large amounts can cause anxiety and exacerbate stress. So... yeah. I don't mind the bitterness of coffee. Also I've found that the coffee creamers I used for a long time kinda wrecked my body. I sometimes add a little sugar. Though that's for my blood sugar, than for any need for sweetness in the coffee.

Well, it's that time of year for me again: time to watch my 27-year-old recorded copy of The Empire Strikes Back. Or at the very least have it on as background noise.
