Good eye. It is indeed. It's the DS9 Engineering uniform minus the badge. When I first used Bob I took a picture a friend drew of me (and got the hair color wrong) and simply removed the Starfleet badge. The above picture was done by Pip based on the original but put Bob behind the counter of his shop. I thought I was in charge here.
I've seen Bob's shop mentioned before I think; has it ever been incorporated in any capacity here? Also, are you saying the hair colour in the picture is not your hair colour? What colour is your hair? Is it green? It's green isn't it? I'm picturing your hair as green from now on, and nothing you do or say can convince me otherwise.
