It was. Some people liked it, but I guess I went into it with unrealistic expectations. I expected it not to suck.
They were just trying to appeal today's aduiences. If you want something more history accurate, go to Discovery channel or history (where there are no aliens/pawn stuff)
Well, it is a Frank Miller film. His whole thing is over-exaggerated characters, violence, and extremely stylised cinematography. It never claimed to be a historical documentary. I agree that if it was trying to be that, it would have failed horribly, but as it is, I don't think it's a bad film. I can see where you're coming from though; a lot of people liked the Hobbit films, but I can never forgive them for mutilating their source material. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on this one.
I agree with TRP. I rally know how it feels that. When I read the HP books, and then saw the movie, I felt between angry and disappointed when they cut parts of it, as well as with the Percy Jackson book and movie. I mean, they changed A LOT from one to another. (where they were supposed to take the small orbs in the movies, were just places they just stumbled on in the book. I mean, come on!)
Yeah! XD That was just a little promotional game they made to advertise it though, the real game's like the footage at the end. If you ever get the chance, you should play it; it's one of my favourite games =D They also made a trailer parodying a Halo trailer from the time, which was hilarious: Spoiler: Some violence
Yeah, it didn't sell all that well (somewhere around a million copies, iirc), and a lot of the people who bought it only got it for the beta, so they aren't doing a sequel Still really good though, even compared to current games.
