Alice is a warrior and a diplomat.
Triss is a genius scientist and engineer.
Pirate Dog is unmatched in high-speed melee combat.
Matriarch is a goddamn SPACESHIP.
And, according to Alice, Cassia is quite possibly the best combat pilot in the galaxy.

Any weaknesses that one has are balanced by the strengths of the others.
