Some of it---and I emphasize some of it---could be construed as the animators and writers slowing things down for the benefit of the viewers. Considering that the higher-tier fighters are capable of hitting light levels of speed and beyond at their best, if the fights were displayed at the speeds they're supposed to go, then logically they should last no more than a minute or two in real-time. All the talking they do, well... not so much.
Yeah. They tried to do that thing with adding oil to help bake their pizzas. My roommate got heartburn all the time from eating their pizza. I did to a smaller degree, myself. Though anything excessively greasy makes me get heartburn. But yeah. We don't eat Little Caesar's anymore due to that mostly. Though I have heard horror stories that our Little Caesar's here had sometimes had bugs in the pizza box. I've never seen that happen when I got it, but that's another reason to drop them in favor of better pizza places.
I don't think so. On the subject of LC's they used to be my favorite Pizza, but I thried them again maybe a year ago and they tasted the same as the stuff we sell at 7 Eleven.
Opinions will be opinions. Me? I've never had a pizza I didn't like, Little Caesar's included. >^_^< Though if I had to pick a personal favorite, it would be the Michigan-based Buddy's Pizza. (Wikipedia article here.) My grandma used to treat us to pizza from there almost every weekend while she was alive, and since then we've been able to get it shipped here to Kansas a couple times. The town I live in now doesn't have a wide array of pizza choices. The big one is Pizza Hut, of course, plus Godfather's Pizza. There's a local pizzeria called Humble Pie that runs a nice business. Aside from them, the only places here that offer pizza are two of the town's major gas stations.
Whelp the world is ending Batman said Cowabunga. There can be no denying it we're all going to hell in a handbasket. Goodbye everyone, it was good knowing you.
That actually sounds like something that his iteration from the Brave and the Bold cartoon would say.
I've not been in this thread in awhile. I also haven't watched much anime lately. Although, I did watch One Punch Man. That show is fantastic.
Nope. I wasn't all that crazy for the school pizza's to begin with. Yes. There has been a curious absence of you and Sunset Rose lately. But I'm sure it's because of life stuff.
I was out of town, went to the Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot / Disney World. Unfortunately, I brought home a nasty head cold with me. Was supposed to go back to work today, worked from home. I don't want to give this to anyone. It sucks.
That sucks to hear. Yeah. It kinda makes me wonder what they were thinking when they served that pizza.
Okay. So basically, I'm the only one here who loved the stuff? I'm the strange one here? Not saying the local schools served it; far as I knew, they got their's from LC's for a while. We had a family friend back in the 90's who (to my knowledge) worked at a school in a neighboring town. They had these massive slabs of square pizza, and whenever there were substantial leftovers, she'd send some of them our way. With apologies to Depeche Mode, I just couldn't get enough. >^_^<
